Crescimentum, part of the Cegos Group, works with people development and leadership, going beyond traditional training. Its focus is on fostering awareness, driving intentional change and building solutions together with people and organizations. The company offers programs, journeys and development experiences that support leaders and teams at different levels. This project was developed in partnership with Hagens, who works directly with the client.

On the Crescimentum Website, I worked exclusively on the UI/UX side, as the client already had an in-house development team for implementation. I was responsible for translating business needs into a clear experience focused on people development and leadership, structuring navigation, content hierarchy and key components. I delivered all interface assets, a detailed implementation guide and specific guidance on critical components, giving the internal team confidence to take the project into production.
